Scarlet Sage Photography is all about body positivity in our raw form and accepting our bodies fully. Especially in today's age with so much Photoshop and fakeness, especially around looks, I think it's important to have a positive experience with your own body. I don't remove pieces of you when I edit the photos, meaning I don't remove scars, tattoos, cellulite, or anything like that. This allows you to accept your body as it is and capture it authentically. Your body tells the story of your life and the challenges faced to get where we are, so why hide it?
The Scarlet Sage Boudoir Experience
Inclusive
As a photographer, I am all about celebrating the beauty in every individual, no matter who you are or how you identify. My inclusive embrace extends to all genders, identities, races, body types, and sexual orientations because I believe in capturing the unique essence of each person. I am passionate about creating a warm, judgment-free space where you can express yourself confidently. Diversity isn't just a checkbox for me – it's woven into the fabric of our mission to redefine beauty standards and offer a truly personal, inclusive boudoir experience. Come as you are; you're welcome here!
Confidence Builder
Boudoir isn't just about feeling confident and beautiful; it's about embracing vulnerability. There's growth and confidence that arise from putting yourself in a vulnerable state and finding beauty in it. I've seen clients transform during sessions, regaining confidence and realizing their true beauty.Clients, who may have felt inadequate about a part of their body, leave a boudoir session visibly changed. As a photographer, it's incredible to provide not just a safe space but a confidence-building experience. The new version of boudoir serves as a confidence builder more than something done for others.
Transformative
Many clients come to me after difficult situations, feeling disconnected from themselves. Boudoir provides a unique experience where you can be 100% your raw self. It's a safe space where I aim to capture your essence meaningfully and beautifully without judgment. I've had clients gaze at the photos in genuine shock, exclaiming, 'Wow, is that really me?' This reaction stems from my ability to capture how they appear to everyone else, offering a perspective beyond their self-perception in the mirror.
